Redox for comprehensive water treatment
The famous Zeparo separators for micro bubbles and dirt particles have been extended with the Redox ZUR range. The Redox can also reduce the oxygen content in system water and is therefore suitable for comprehensive water treatment in small heating, solar and chilled water systems.
The Redox is offered in the DN 25 nominal diameter as the ZUR 25, which has a flow rate of 2 m³/h. The highly compact brass housing integrates the 3 most essential functional components:
Redox anode for oxygen reduction,
helistill separator for micro bubbles and dirt particles,
leakfree automatic air vent for removing the separated micro bubbles and gases.
The effectiveness of the Redox anode can determined by a simple check using the integrated magnetic rod. The magnetic rod also boosts magnetite absorption. ZPR Redox anodes are offered as replacements. They are designed to remain effective for about 5 years in "normal installations".
